Introduction

Welcome to OneTeam360. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and OneTeam360 LLC governing your use of the OneTeam360 platform at oneteam360.team and any related applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use OneTeam360

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account as a coach, studio owner, athletic director, administrator, or parent/guardian.

Students and athletes under 18 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. Students ages 8–12 must use Youth Mode, which requires a parent or guardian to create and manage the account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Subscription Plans and Payment

OneTeam360 offers four subscription tiers: Starter ($49/mo), Professional ($99/mo), Studio Pro ($199/mo), and Elite ($349/mo). Optional paid add-ons are available. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful sports and athletic program management purposes
• Provide accurate information about students, athletes, and your organization
• Obtain proper parental consent before adding minors to the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws including COPPA, FERPA, and state student privacy laws

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform to harass, bully, threaten, or harm any person
• Upload illegal, obscene, or defamatory content
• Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Use student data for commercial advertising or non-educational purposes
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Scrape or systematically extract data without written permission

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant OneTeam360 a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Platform services.

The Platform, including its software, design, AI features, and all content created by OneTeam360, is owned by OneTeam360 LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. The name "OneTeam360," the OneTeam360 logo, and related marks are trademarks of OneTeam360 LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any OneTeam360 content without written permission.

5. AI-Powered Features

The Platform includes AI features including overnight reports, travel planning, fundraising story generation, eligibility analysis, and message safety monitoring. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and may contain errors
• AI eligibility determinations are not a substitute for official academic decisions
• AI message safety monitoring may not detect all harmful content and is not a substitute for human supervision
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it

6. Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode is designed for use on a shared device placed at a studio or facility entrance. You are responsible for the physical security of any device running Kiosk Mode. OneTeam360 is not responsible for unauthorized check-ins made through an unsecured kiosk device.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR ACADEMIC ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONETEAM360 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OneTeam360 LLC is registered. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
